Please Read Attendance Rules.
- To guarantee entry please have your digital or printed ticket ready to present at the box office. Tickets will be accepted from opening times, but no later than 15 minutes prior to posted closing time.
- NO FIRE ARMS, WEAPONS or outside FOOD/DRINKS ALLOWED INSIDE.
- Onsite box office opens between 7pm and will close 10min before posted closing times. When there is a line, then we will take customers up until the line is empty.
- MINORS and TEENAGERS: If you are under the age of 13, you must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Parents or Gurdians are not required to walk thru the attraction however they must wait until minors in their group exit the attraction.
- DROP OFFS: You CANNOT drop off minors and leave, they will NOT be permitted access. All minors must have an ride upon exiting. Parents must be available to pickup their groups as soon as they are done with exiting the haunt doors.
- There are NO refunds
- ANY TICKET PURCHASED ON-LINE are good thru the Sept.-Oct. season.
